The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house, was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in the village centre. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun lounger, garden furniture, garden swing and courtyard.

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 85 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with electric heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and leads directly in the porch with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. We enter all rooms (room, kitchen, bathroom, washroom-toilet) via a common hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and TV. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (160 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. Broadcasts also in German.
