This beautiful Mallorcan villa is also our private vacation home!
The detached country house villa with 170sqm of living space (incl.
Terraces) is located in a new development area on the bay of Cala Murada on Mallorca's beautiful south-east coast near the picturesque port of Porto Colom.
A large nature reserve begins with pine forests typical of the island. The idyllic sandy beach bay with beach restaurant can be reached by car in 5 minutes, (20 minutes on foot).
There are enough parking spaces there. The 2-storey villa with upscale furnishings can be comfortably occupied by 4 people: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious, open living area with kitchen, dining and living room.
In the rear area there is also an utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Outside there are 2 ground-level terraces and a roof terrace. The villa is modern and comfortably equipped with LED Full-HD TV, oven, microwave with grill, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, air conditioning cold / warm. The upper bedroom has its own access to the roof terrace.
Here you can retreat to the lounge - to read, sunbathe or enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine and end the evening nicely.
The villa stands on a large plot surrounded by cypresses on all sides. special feature: There is a large parking area diagonally opposite the villa with a club house, children's playground and pool area (adult and children's pool).
As our guest you get exclusive access to this area.
Umbrellas and deck chairs are available. The area is enclosed so that the children can move freely while the parents relax comfortably. The keys are handed over personally by our nice administrator, who is also available to answer any questions during your stay. In the center you will find everything you need for your daily needs: Supermarkets, shops, bank, laundry, doctor's office and various restaurants and cafes. We wish you an unforgettable vacation in our "Villa Murada". Ein tolles Haus - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist auch super gepflegt und um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und der Betreuung vor Ort war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Unsere Familie hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Cala Murada bei Beatrix und Klaus.Es fehlte nichts, es war alles vorhanden!!!Von komfortablen Betten bis hin zum Sonnenschirm und Schwimmreifen stand und alles zur Verfügung.Der Pool in der Außenanlage lud schon schwimmen, toben und ausruhen ein.Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
