This house was completely renovated in 1998 by local craftsmen from the peninsula; it is very functional and has all the amenities of a modern home.
The house has three bedrooms (with 140x190 cm beds), one of which is on the ground floor, a 27 m² living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two toilets, and a bathroom.
Outdoors
In front of the house, a shed provides storage for bicycles, strollers, etc. At the rear, there is a private, enclosed, and shaded garden with a covered terrace sheltered from the wind.

I will be there to welcome you upon arrival and departure with a small welcome gift.
Location & surroundings
The house is located in a very quiet little village, 100 metres from the small port of Le Logeo and a small beach, with the possibility of launching a boat.
Numerous hiking trails on the coastal paths and cycling routes along the Gulf road, the Duer marsh bird sanctuary, the oyster route and the discovery of Suscinio Castle, numerous water sports activities

Tout était parfait dans ce gîte, très propre, fonctionnel et en plus très joli.Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Katia.Le petit plus, la terrasse et le jardin qui permettent de se mettre à l'ombre lorsqu'il fait chaud.Le gîte est à deux pas du port du Logeo, avec une belle vue sur les îles du golfe.

Maison très Agréable, super bien équipée pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Endroit très paisible avec des départs en randonnées pédestres et vélos idéales. Un endroit à recommander avec un excellent rapport qualité prix et une hôtesse hyper accueillante et agréable. Très bon séjour.
