Beautiful 80 m2 newly renovated apartment located in the Altitude 1500 residence in Font de Cère, 100 metres from the ski slopes.
The accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen, which opens onto a fully south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture and an unobstructed view of the Arpon du Diable! The kitchen equipment will provide you with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, raclette maker, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine... you can enjoy your meals in a friendly atmosphere around a large dining table.
A television is present in the living room. Two bedrooms, each with 1 King Size bed (180x200) and bunk beds (90x190).
You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower room and separate toilets. A laundry area will allow you to use a washing machine. This accommodation will allow you to have peace and quiet while being close to the ski slopes. To access it, you can park in front of the residence entrance in free parking and you will need to walk a few minutes and then climb some stairs before arriving at the apartment door. A ski storage room is available. This accommodation is not accessible for people with motor disabilities. It is also non-smoking. WiFi is available and free. Pets are allowed here with a supplement of 35 euros. Linens and towels are not provided, possibility upon request or to bring your own taking into account bed sizes. 45 euros of agency file fees are to be expected. A non-debited deposit will be requested from you.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet appartement, refait à neuf. Une literie excellente.Tout équipé et avec un emplacement en contrebas d'une piste .Il y a un local a ski, tres pratique. Il a une grande terrasse avec une magnifique vu ! Très bonne adresse, j'ai envie de dire ... à l'année prochaine 😉
