The main bedroom, integrated into the loft-style space, features a comfortable double bed and is visually separated from the living area, where a double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for guests. No parties or loud noise are allowed.
Please respect the surroundings and the neighbors’ peace.
Loss, damage, or improper use of the keys will result in a minimum replacement/management fee of €40.
✅ Check-in Information
Check-in time:from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Outside these hours, check-in is subject to availability.
For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, an additional fee of €30will apply.
For arrivals between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, an additional fee of €50will apply.
✅ Pet Policy
Pets are allowed, but always subject to prior consultation.
The additional fee per pet is €50.
✅ Tourist Tax
According to Decree 60/2017 of June 13, 2017, regulating the taxation of stays in tourist accommodations in Catalonia:

A tax of €1 per person per nightmust be charged (up to a maximum of 7 nights).
This applies to stays in tourist apartments and holiday homesin Catalonia.
The tax is charged to all guests over 16 years oldupon arrival.
