The “La Mimosa” apartment in the two-family home in Naregno has been recently renovated, is tastefully furnished, and comes fully equipped with every amenity. It features its own garden for guests’ exclusive use, complete with a fully equipped barbecue area for enjoyable outdoor grilling, a very convenient outdoor hot-water shower that’s appropriately screened, and a spacious terrace with a shaded wooden pergola, furnished with a table, 6 chairs, and lounge chairs.
Inside, “L’Olivo” features:
a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, separate refrigerator and freezer, a moka pot for coffee, a toaster, a 4-burner electric stove, and a double-bowl sink;
a spacious, bright living room with a table and 6 chairs, a sofa, and a flat-screen satellite TV;
a spacious double bedroom overlooking the garden with 2 beds that can be joined together; a triple bedroom overlooking the porch with 3 beds that can be arranged as desired;
a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a window.
All windows are equipped with removable mosquito screens, and the villa has private Wi-Fi.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato a in questa villetta in una posizione riservata e silenziosa, a 600 mt dal mare (4minuti). La casa è molto pulita, l'accoglienza puntuale e molto ben organizzata attraverso lo scambio di messaggi. Giardino godibilissimo, patio con tavolo esterno, doccie, tutto molto bello come da descrizione. Consigliatissima
