Welcome to Villa Stamatis, a magnificent retreat nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of Stavromenos. This charming abode is part of a trio of traditional stone-built villas, standing proudly between the equally enchanting Villa Nikos and Villa Takis.
As you step into this exquisite villa, you'll find yourself on the ground floor, where a beautifully appointed bedroom beckons with a plush double bed, offering a serene sea view. This room comes complete with its private full bathroom, featuring a refreshing shower. The living area seamlessly blends comfort and style, providing a cozy space to relax and unwind. Adjacent to it, a fully equipped kitchen boasts its own captivating view of the shimmering sea. Outside, a delightful dining area and a second living space await, along with a private BBQ perfect for al fresco feasts. And of course, the crown jewel of this villa – a private pool, surrounded by comfortable sun lounges and shaded by elegant umbrellas, all offering uninterrupted views of the endless azure expanse.
Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover two more inviting bedrooms. The first showcases two twin beds, providing a peaceful retreat with a mesmerizing sea vista. The second bedroom features a snug double bed, albeit without a direct sea view. These two rooms share a luxurious full bathroom, complete with an invigorating shower and its own breathtaking sea view. A balcony with a charming dining table further enhances this level, providing an idyllic setting for meals accompanied by the soothing sound of waves.
Situated atop a hill above the village of Stavromenos, Villa Stamatis offers both tranquility and proximity to amenities. Just 500 meters away lies the closest beach, inviting you to soak in the Mediterranean sun and surf. For any necessities, the center of Stavromenos, a mere 2 kilometers away, boasts a 24-hour gas station, supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, and an array of local restaurants and bakeries. And if you're eager for a taste of the bustling city life, Rethymno's vibrant city center is a short 12-kilometer drive away, promising a delightful blend of culture, history, and entertainment.
Experience the epitome of Greek hospitality at Villa Stamatis, where every corner exudes warmth and elegance, inviting you to create unforgettable memories in this enchanting haven.
