Semi-detached house with large patio with barbecue and communal area with swimming pool. It has air conditioning and WiFi. It is 500 metres from the beach and 900 metres from the centre of Coma-ruga, with restaurants and shops (supermarket, greengrocer, bakery...).

It is distributed in:
Ground floor: Living-dining room, independent kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and access to patio with barbecue and exit to communal area with swimming pool.
First floor: Three bedrooms, bathroom and terrace.

Located in Comarruga (El Vendrell), a family seaside neighbourhood on the Costa Daurada with fine, white sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing with the family or as a couple. At 900 m from a recreational area with a wide variety of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours. Very close to the Port.

Half an hour from the amusement park Port Aventura and Ferrari Land, 1 hour from the Aquopolis water park and 10 minutes from Aqualeon. Only 1 hour from Barcelona and 20 minutes to Tarragona.

The house does not include bed linen and towels, the traveller can bring them or hire them from an external company. Cost: 23€/person, not included in the cost of the booking.

LATE CHECK-OUT: For bookings departing on Sunday, the traveller can check-out until 20h. Sunday check-out is not permitted during the months of July and August.

DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of 600€ is required, blocked exclusively by credit card.
