The villa covers an area of 250 square metres and is spread over two floors. It features a large garden, a panoramic pool, and parking. It is located in a strategic spot that allows you to visit not only the beaches but also Rome, Naples, and Caserta—all within an hour by train.

From one of the many panoramic terraces, you can admire the Mediterranean Sea, the Gulf of Gaeta, and the islands of Ischia, Capri, Ventotene, and Ponza on clear days.
On the ground floor, the living room features two sofas, a TV, a fireplace, and a small study. From here, you can access the wheelchair-accessible room with a double bed and a private bathroom, which opens directly onto the patio. On the same floor is a recently renovated bathroom with a large bathtub and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and a dining table for 12 people with access to the outdoor dining area, which features another table that seats 12. There is also a gym with an elliptical trainer and weights.
Upstairs, there are two bathrooms (one with a tub and shower stall, and the other with a shower), four bedrooms with double beds, and one with three single beds. All rooms offer panoramic views of the gulf and the mountains and enjoy excellent natural light during the day.
The best part of the villa is the pool and garden, a perfect area for everyone to have fun and relax.

We traveled with 3 families, 12 persons in total and we enjoyed our stay very much. Every minor issue was fixed immediately. The kids loved the pool and so ce we had two very hot weeks we enjoyed the air condition in the kitchen and most of the bedrooms. Thank you very much for having us.

Giuseppe and his wife were very attentive hosts. They were able to help arrange many things for us, including a caterer for dinners at the villa.
The property was very grand and was the perfect size for our family of 10. The 2 kids enjpyed the pool.
The villa is a little dated and could use a refesh in the kitchen and bathrooms.
All in all, we enjoyed our time at La Villa dei Limone
