New, modern apartment with all the comforts of your own home, in the heart of the town surrounded by restaurants and shops with two terraces, one glazed with mountain views and the other open to enjoy the sun, and it is also just five minutes away walking from the beach and 10 minutes by car from La Geoda and the El Aguilón golf course. It has new furniture, decorated in a minimalist style. The apartment has an area of 130 m2, located on the second floor of a building with 4 apartments, built in 2022, high quality materials, has an elevator, parking space in the basement, central air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open, with a comfortable sofa, 55-inch flat TV, round glass dining table for 4 people, the kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast bar with two stools, aluminum appliances. This room communicates with the glazed terrace through a glass screen that doubles the size of the living room. The terrace has a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, a high coffee table and another glass table for 6 people, with large natural plants.
