The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker, a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a toaster, dishwasher, fondue and raclette appliances available. In the living room, there is a sofa bed in 140x190, a television, as well as access to a balcony allowing you to enjoy an unobstructed view of the resort and to sunbathe during beautiful sunny days. A washing machine is available in this accommodation. Bed linen and towels not provided, possible on request via our agency. You can park in front of the residence in the reserved parking. Cleaning must be done before your departure.
If you wish for a cleaning service, it will cost you 66 euros. There is no internet connection in this accommodation. 45 euros of agency file fees are to be expected. A non-debited deposit will be requested.

L'accueil du dirigeant de l'agence Concedio qui a pris dont temps de nous présenter le logement et les possibilités d'excursions malgré notre arrivée tardive.
L'emplacement du logement avec:
- une vue magnifique sur le Plomb du Cantal entre autres
- la possibilité d'aller à pied se ravitailler ...

Logement situé au 4è étage sans ascenseur (70 marches) si vous arrivez en voiture et 8è étage sans ascenseur (126 marches) si vous revenez à pied de la station (après une cinquantaine de marches sur le chemin. Aucune mention de cela dans le descriptif. L'appartement est sous le toit, vue effectiveme...
