In Quimperlé on the road to the beaches, charming wooden house of 90m2 with 3 bedrooms, quietly located in an alley set back from traffic.
This single-storey holiday home, with all the comforts, is ideally located to enjoy the leisure activities of the city less than 2 km away (cinema, swimming pool, media library, shopping, tennis, canoeing, equestrian centre...) and the assets of the seaside 12 km away (beach, swimming, water sports, hiking...)
You can get around by bus (stop near the bakery at 100m: lines to the city, the train station or to the beaches) or by bike (cycle path at 120m).
The house is composed of a large bright living room with a dining room, a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, coffee machine...)
A laundry room adjoins the kitchen with a washing machine.
A sleeping area of 3 bedrooms with dressing room and new quality bedding:
Bedroom 1: 160x200 bed Ch2: 140x190 bed Ch3: 140x190 bed (+ bunk bed 90x190)
Beds will be made on arrival and towels will be provided.
A bathroom with double sinks and shower. Separate toilet.
The house being very recent, the small garden (fenced but not closed) is being developed. You can take full advantage of the large wooden terrace with furniture and garden furniture as well as a barbecue to relax in peace during our beautiful summer evenings.
You will also have access to a garden shed for your bikes, strollers etc.…
The house is rented in its entirety.
You can access it autonomously thanks to a key box.
Free parking for 2 spaces.
On request, we provide baby equipment (bed, bath, high chair).
Close to the 4-lane N 165, you can discover the region (Lorient, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Quimper, Les Glénan...)

Tres jolie maison, lumineuse et décorée avec goût. Grande terrasse bien agencée. La maison est bien située, calme et à proximité des commerces, des plages et des points touristiques. Nous reviendrons !

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, zumindest ist in der Küche von allem genug für6 Personen vorhanden. Die Lage am Ortsrand war uns bekannt, zum Zentrum braucht man ein Auto. Dafür ist der seeehr lecker Bäcker gleich ums Eck und in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Einkaufen u...

We hebben genoten van het ruime huis en door de rolluiken konden we de hitte buiten houden. De eigenares was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De terrastegels waren wel aan vervanging toe.
