It is also a perfect place to practice water sports as it has sailing and wind surfing schools. - Distance to beach: 2.5 km, Platja Gran - Nearest restaurant: 500 mts, Restaurante Sa Nansa - Supermarket: 750 mts, Fornells supermarket - Pharmacy: 850 mts, Farmacia Florit Orfila - Public transport: bus line IB08: Mahón - Fornells - Distance to airport: 31 km - Distance to hospital: 31km Please note that some of the furnishings, decoration or elements such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season to enhance the guest experience without altering the functionality of the villa. Earlier Checkin or later Checkout only possible with explicit permission. One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay. Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage.
If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage. All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.
This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host.

Lovely property in pretty Fornells. It was great waking up to the sea views and going for a pre breakfast walk to the tower where we were guaranteed great sightings of Blue Rockthrush. Eating out was a joy. There is so much to see and do locally we did not venture far.Three things i would mention.1...
