Charming Villa Trinitaine in the heart of the village, La Trinité-sur-mer (56470), 4 km from Carnac in Brittany. 2 min walk from the port-shops, 600 metres from the beach.
Rental exclusively from Saturday to Saturday during the summer school holidays. Then 3 days regardless of the days of arrival or departure in September.
Very bright house, well insulated, heated all year round and well equipped with all modern comforts + good quality bedding.
Completely renovated in 2022, everything is new.
Ground floor:
TV lounge/dining room/kitchen (50m²)
Floor:
3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 140cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed divisible into 2 80 cm bed) + 1 WC, 1 bathroom (2 sinks/shower & bath)
Garden level:
1 bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom (1 sink and 1 shower)
+laundry room (washing machine + dryer +tancarville + iron and ironing board).
+ 1 living room/extra bed with a convertible sofa bed (140 x 190 cm open) so possibility to sleep 10 people (150 euros per additional person/week from the 9th person and this up to 2 additional people maximum to reach 10 people - the base rate is therefore for 8 people maximum to which you add 150 € per additional person/week)
Outside:
Large garden (400m²) + 2 terraces (30m² and 40m²).
Barbecue / outdoor dining table + garden furniture
1 free parking space inside the property (gate and wicket gate)
Possibility depending on the size of the cars to park 2 in a row (2 cars of standard size ok)
Miscellaneous:
Free WIFI + TV (fibre ok)
High chair and cot and changing table.
End of stay cleaning included.
Possibility to rent sheets/towels/tea towels; price not included in the rental, quote on request.
Dogs allowed with an additional 60 euros per dog/stay.
A small shed is at your disposal to store your essentials (rental bikes if you rent them, stroller...)
Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine
Formalities:
The tourist tax will be paid additionally upon arrival, depending on the number of adults sleeping on site. Not payable for minors.
A deposit of €1,500 is to be paid by uncashed cheque at the entrance and will be returned within a maximum of 15 days of departure.
A contract will be signed on your arrival, holiday insurance to be provided to us (Always already provided for in your multi-risk home insurance so only to ask them for the certificate)
We are at your disposal to answer all your questions.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a brilliant time. The house was perfect- very clean and tidy with a lovely garden and outside area. Very comfortable beds etc and would easily accommodate 6 adults plus children. The area is also fantastic with a really good vibe and lots of local restaurants and bars plus great local beaches. I would highly recommend the house and location. Thanks Alice.

Très belle maison rénovée et spacieuse. Les 2 terrasses sont très agréables et le jardin idéal pour notre jeune chienne. La propriétaire est disponible et à l'écoute.
La proximité avec le port, les commerces et les plages est un vrai plus

Maison tres pratique, propre et fonctionnelle. L’emplacement au coeur du bourg rend facile d’aller prendre un petit cafe sur la port a pied ou de faire une plus longue balade vers les plages de Kervillen.
