A spacious house of 200m2 that can comfortably accommodate 10 people and even up to 12 people occasionally and on request.
It is composed of a large living room opening onto a terrace of more than 50m2, magnificent view.
- Living room/living space/office of 35m2, bathed in light as it is exposed to 2 terraces through large windows. 1 sofa, 2 clubs, TV, DVD player
- Independent kitchen 20m2 custom-made and fully equipped: Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge
- A large double bedroom opening onto the 2nd terrace with 2 storage cupboards
- Bathroom and toilet
- 2 large independent bedrooms: The blue room has a double bed and 2 single beds The pink room also has a double bed and 2 single beds
Business travellers will appreciate the peace and quiet and the high-speed Wi-Fi internet access
You have access to the entire accommodation. You are the only occupants during your stay.

A large pool area just for you and totally private!

- A secluded parking space located at the end of the garden that can accommodate up to 10 cars
There is parking at the entrance of the house for two to three vehicles and another large car park at the very bottom of the park.

- Quiet, secure and relaxing accommodation for your business trips, family or a pied-à-terre for your weekends with friends!
- The accommodation is only accessible to guests who have booked.
- In order to welcome you in the best conditions, please specify your train/flight time and for your arrival. When you arrive by car, please specify the time of your departure in order to estimate your check-in time and notify us one hour before your arrival
- From July 1st to September 15th, reservations are possible ONLY from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. For any other requests outside this condition, please send me a request for prior authorisation. I will take care to satisfy you. Any other request may be refused the reservation if this condition is not respected.
- From October 1st to 1st but the pool is not available
- The house has no fence or gate, it's a small country road that passes in front of it, but you still have to ask the children not to come down from the terrace! For safety!
