The house is bright, spacious, (130 m2) located in the heart of nature in a small peaceful valley very close to the village of Seix (1 km, 3 minutes by car). The very quiet place invites relaxation and well-being. Many hikes are directly possible from the house, in all directions; valleys of Salat, Oust, Seix or to the many mountain trails. You can go to the village on foot, passing through the forest (15 minutes, track of the castle of Seix). From the house, located high up, there is a beautiful panorama of the surrounding hills, forests and mountain peaks. A large garden allows you to eat outside and enjoy the sun.
There is a private parking lot (not covered) in front of the house. You can also park a second car on the property, which is surrounded by 3000 m2 of wooded land.
The rental, on two floors, has an area of 130 m2: An entrance, a living room, four bedrooms, the kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom and the toilets (independent). Tool and wood shed at the bottom of the garden opposite the kitchen (see photos).
On the ground floor, you find:
- Entrance with large coat rack, shoe cupboard, mirror. Separate WC. Cellar (with washing machine).
- A large, spacious living room (42 m2), fully equipped; 4 armchairs, 1 shepherdess 3 places, 1 convertible sofa (sleeping two people, sofa bed). TV, DVD player (library books, dvd and CD), hi-fi and internet connection. A large French window (south) gives access to a large balcony (8 m2) with a view opposite on a wooded hill, a view on the left on the garden and the forest, a view on the right on the mountain peaks. The three windows allow pleasant sunshine from morning to evening.
- One bedroom (11 m2), with many cupboards. Two 80 cm beds, fitted with slatted bed bases, also allow a 160 cm bed if put side by side. The window overlooks the garden and the surrounding mountain peaks. Children's games and books.
- A large fully fitted kitchen; 4-burner gas hob, oven, extractor hood, toaster, large fridge, table (extendable), chairs, cutlery for 8 people, etc. A large sliding picture window allows direct access from the kitchen into a large sunny garden, with table, garden chairs and parasol for dining outside.

- Upstairs: The bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, WC and small closet.
- A bedroom of 12 m2, equipped with large closets, a double bed, bedside tables. A French window opens to the east, overlooking the garden and mountain peaks.
-Another bedroom of 13 m2, also equipped with large closets and a 160 cm double bed. Two windows with view on hills and forest. Bedside tables and desk.
In case the double beds are only used by single people (singles), extra beds can possibly be added: only on prior request.
The paved driveway stops in front of the house, where you can park directly. The building is isolated, surrounded by trees, not overlooked with the other houses in the hamlet (all spread out further down the mountain). In addition, these few houses are widely separated from each other by land, various mountain paths and trees in abundance. Likewise, there is no vis-à-vis the barn fitted out below the rental; its rehabilitation has been specially designed to avoid direct overcrowding (entrances and gardens completely separate). Only the owners stay there during certain periods of school holidays.
The rental is from Saturday to Saturday and is planned for 8 + people. Sheets are not provided. The cleaning is carried out by the tenants. Animals are accepted provided they do no damage. The heating is electric, there is a wood insert in the living room. Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater.
