1920s red brick house in the residential district of Pontaillac 300 from the beach.
Completely restored, comfortable, away from the road, you can fully enjoy the Royannese sweetness thanks to its completely enclosed courtyard.

Logement conforme à la descriprion. Bien équipé. Superficie pour 4 personnes maxPetite Plage à 2 minutes à pied. A proximité de petits commerces et le Super U est à 2 minutes en voiture.
