Apartment with a breathtaking ocean view on the 1st floor, with no direct view from neighbouring buildings. Perfectly laid out with 4 French doors facing the ocean and 2 balconies. Living and dining areas totaling 50 m².
The apartment features 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. On the south side, there is a 25-square-meter terrace on stilts with direct access from one bedroom; the other bedroom has a balcony, both with unobstructed views. The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped, with internet access, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and private parking.
