Beatrice is a splendid 5-seater residence inside Podere La Cava. On request it can be combined with the Laura residence to create a single accommodation suitable for 10 people. Podere La Cava is a typical Tuscan farmhouse located in the countryside between Montepulciano and Chianciano Terme whose name derives from a nearby gravel pit. Its construction probably dates back to the 18th century, it is certainly already visible in a map from 1826 and since the end of the 1800s it belongs to the Ricci family who have always used it for summer holidays. Surrounded by woods and olive groves, it enjoys a splendid view over the Val di Chiana which extends to Lake Trasimeno. Due to its position, Podere La Cava is ideal for those who want peace and quiet in the countryside or take pleasant walks.
The structure is very close to important spas and cities of art. The spas of Montepulciano and Chianciano are very close, those of Bagni Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo and San Casciano are only a few kilometers away as are the historic centers of Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, the entire Val d'Orcia and the Val di Chiana. All the places of interest in southern Tuscany, Umbria and northern Lazio are close at hand, even Rome and Florence can be reached by car in one day.
