Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut gelegen, allerdings ist die Straße recht laut. In der Küche und im Bad sollten einige Dinge erneuert werden.

Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war völlig in Ordnung. Es gibt kein W-Lan( zumindest keine Info dazu trotz Nachfrage), ein oberes Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig ( Schimmel an der Decke, Duschwanne gibt nach, wenn man in die Dusche geht), die Küche ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet,

We enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious place and a good location. We walked to the Mainz Fußball stadium for a game. We bought pastries at the gas station across the street in the mornings. We walked to the Mewe grocery store around the corner. Our only complaints were that there was no washing machine as listed, no WiFi or internet as listed, and no responses from host during our stay.
