The cozy living room has a large dresser, coffee table, a couch and a LCD TV. The sleeping area in the gallery is located to the quiet courtyard. In the bathroom is a spacious shower, sink, toilet.

Perfekt gelegene Unterkunft in die Südstadt, mit alles was das Herz begehrt vor die Haustür. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation lief perfekt, auch die Absprachen für CheckIn & Out. Sehr gern wieder.

Awesome location. Parking was 76euro for 3 days at the parkhaus. The stairs/ladder are a bit steep to the bed. If if have mobility issue you will be sleeping on the sofa. Very clean.
