Very nice 2-room apartment on the top floor, in the immediate vicinity of the thermal baths, the pier, the casino, the city centre and the train station. This apartment is in the heart of the tourist and cultural life of Evian.
It consists of a contemporary and bright living room with terrace, perfect for dining and admiring the beautiful sunsets over the lake.
You will also have a front row seat to observe the comings and goings of the boats and mythical paddle steamers that make the crossing to Switzerland.
If you like to enjoy good food, the fully equipped open kitchen offers a warm dining area where you will want to linger.
The bedroom has a 160X200 bed where you can comfortably lie down, read and watch your favourite TV programmes or simply dream.

Ich kann mich nur anschließen an die exzellenten Bewertungen anderer Gäste vor mir. Das Appartement befindet sich in absoluter Top-Lage und ist perfekt geschnitten und eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin Nadia ist sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen wollen!
