Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire qui est charmante. Tout est conforme à la description, le logement est très agréable très fonctionnel. Tout est neuf. On a vue sur le lac et nous sommes très près de la plage de Menton Saint-Bernard, accessible à pied. De plus il y a un parking pour au m...

C'est littéralement le meilleur emplacement pour séjourner à Annecy. A 10mn de Annecy en voiture et à 5mn à pied d'une plage avec de nombreuses activités à faire. Le logement est très bien équipé et très joli.L'hôte a été très agréable et disponible.Seul élément d'amélioration est d'avoir des volets opaques dans le séjour et la chambre du rez-de-chaussée.
