Please note, we do have a travel cot available to use at this home but mattress and bedding for this is not provided, however you are of course more than welcome to bring your own.

- Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**

Beautiful house which had everything that we needed. Well presented and clean. Freddie also arranged for festive decorations and a Christmas tree for us.Great location very close to the town centre of Cheltenham, and also walking distance to various parks.
