Alphonse's house is a pleasant, spacious, functional old bourgeois house excellently located in the historic heart of Quimperlé, on the banks of the river Ellé, an ideal place to recharge your batteries, it has the ATOUT FRANCE Label: "Fishing Accommodation"
The house has been completely renovated and offers beautiful services with complete and quality equipment. In a quiet area, you will have everything nearby: restaurants, cheesemonger, supermarket, fishmonger, café, bakery, everything will be within walking distance. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
THE ACCOMMODATION:

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall which leads to a small storage room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, the staircase and the living room – living room. A large new and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, citrus juicer, toaster, coffee maker but also washing machine and dryer) which opens onto a wooden terrace of 20 m² with a breathtaking view of the old dovecote listed as a remarkable element by the buildings of France (furniture available in summer, with parasol and barbecue). Access to the garden from June 2026
The ground floor is composed of 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x200 cm), a small living room and a storage cupboard
The second floor has a large bedroom with double bed (160 x 200cm) and small living room also and a beautiful bathroom with bathtub.
Each room overlooks the peaceful Place Lovignon and the Ellé River.
THE DISTRICT:
In the heart of the historic district, on the banks of the river, Alphonse's house is the ideal place to visit Quimperlé and the region.
You are a stone's throw from shops, bakery, restaurants, greengrocer, bars, cinema, cheesemonger, bank, pharmacy, post office, Gorrets park (public park with children's games 50 metres from the accommodation)...
You can get some fresh air in the evening on the blue path of Kersalé, an artistic trail of light on the banks of the 3 rivers of Quimperlé, which highlights the heritage and breathes contemporary dynamism into the historic centre.
Markets: Friday morning (Place Saint Michel) and Sunday morning (around the covered market in the lower town)

We arrived late and found the key no problem. Instructions provided were very clear. A nice welcome pack of biscuits and plenty of tea and coffee available. House is very clean. Beds are very comfortable! When we realised there was no hot water, the property manager and owner were very responsive and promptly came to sort it which was very much appreciated. Merci!!

Nos vacances dans la maison d'Alphonse c'est très bien passé. La maison est super equipé au niveau de la cuisine, et super placé pour faire des visites.La terrace est idéal le soir pour prendre l'apero and la salon bien configuŕé pour passé les soirées tranquille même a plusieurs.
