Located in the famous coastal area of Bajamar, in the heart of the Canary Islands, this comfortable villa. It is situated in the northeast of the island of Tenerife, in a quiet residential community within the municipality of La Laguna. This beautiful 130-square-meter home, built on a 350-square-meter lot, is surrounded by gardens and terraces, a true haven for relaxation and/or enjoyment in this small tourist centre on the island, just 100 metres from its famous natural seawater pools.
Outside, it features a large backyard, a solarium with hammocks, and a covered terrace that includes an outdoor dining area and a barbecue.
There are large terraces surrounding the property and a lovely front garden. It also has two parking spaces, one on the property and another off-site.
Inside, every detail comes together to create a modern design, where natural light in every room creates a space that is both airy and comfortable, thanks to simple, minimalist decor.
Large, fully equipped kitchen-dining area that opens onto the living room.
Available amenities:
- Internet with Wi-Fi
- Flat-screen TV
- Oven, microwave, and dishwasher
- Washing machine and dryer
- Iron and ironing board
