## Accommodation
Pets are accepted provided they respect the accommodation and the neighborhood (supplement of 11/day).
Mini villa ideal for 4 to 5 people with all supplies included (bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit containing essential kitchen and bathroom items).
It is located in a semi-pedestrianized residence planted with Mediterranean trees, with a heated swimming pool at the beginning and end of the season, children's games, a pétanque court, a basketball court, and mini-golf.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
=> Separate entrance with key box available for late arrivals or early departures, leading to an entrance hall and hallway with a closet.
=> Separate toilet.
=> Shower room with sink, bathtub, towel radiator, etc.
=> Bedroom with double bed, bedside table, and closet. French windows with a view of the garden. Possibility of adding a cot or a 90x190 cm bed (at an extra charge).
=> A living room with reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi, comprising a lounge area with a sofa bed, coffee table and flat-screen TV, a dining area with chairs and table overlooking the terrace and garden, and the children's playground/mini golf course in the distance.
=> Fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, two-burner hob, kettle, toaster, etc.
=> a 10-square-meter patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, electric grill, lounge chairs, and a pergola overlooking the mini-golf course).
## Notes
A bakery service (pastries) is available every day in the residence's parking lot from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfasts!
This accommodation has been redecorated and maintained by a concierge agency that will be available to you throughout your stay.
A welcome book containing lots of information and activities will be available in the accommodation upon your arrival or sent to you electronically.

Villa agréable et bien décorée. Très bien équipée, literie confortable. Résidence calme et agréable. Jolie piscine bien agréable car chauffée. La vue depuis la villa est magnifique, bien plus belle que sur les photos. Merci à mes hôtes pour la souplesse des horaires.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse und aus dem Wohnraum, sodass man sich auch bei kühleren Temperaturen oder Regen gut drinnen aufhalten konnte! Tolle Strände in der Nähe allerdings fußläufig ca.30 min. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas spärlich!

Belle vue au levé du matin très calme belle décoration intérieure des randonnées exceptionnelle avec des paysages a coupé le soufflet très bien accueillie pour les propriétaires de la villa il on très bien sur nous guidé avec le carnet arrive je recommande fortement.
