It is a villa located in a central area of the Mar Menor, close to all the services necessary to spend an excellent vacation, even for long periods of time since most of the shops are open throughout the year.
Where the car is not needed at all and where the temperature is fantastic and the sun shines all year round, even at Christmas. The beach about 300 meters and very close to the Regional Park of the Salinas and Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar. Spacious one-storey semi-detached villa, facing east-noon, fully furnished with 4 bedrooms with two beds each, terrace, small garden, and patio.
Two complete bathrooms with shower in each of them, living room and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher).
And air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in three of the four bedrooms.
In the living room there is also a fireplace for winter. People who want to use the fireplace or air conditioning must indicate so and will have to pay an economic fee. Tenants who book for a month or more will have to add the costs of electricity, water and gas consumed during their stay. Pets are allowed but will have to pay 30 euros per pet

Koude februari en warme maart gaf ons verblijf twee gezichten. Met name de stoelen hebben verbetering nodig. De service van de eigenaar was altijd vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht. Op de stoelen na is dit adres een aanrader. Wij hebben genoten!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist toll eingerichtet, die Lage ist optimal und das Vermieterpaar Raffaela und Pedro waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir können das Haus wirklich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
