Propriété bien entretenue, site sécurisé, emplacement de parking pour 2 voitures, piscine très bien entretenue et toujours au soleil avec un jacuzzi, étang avec de beaux poissons, un hamac, un terrain pour jouer à la pétanque ou jeux équivalents.
