new bedding 2 x 2 beds (90 * 200) of HOTEL quality equipped with 4 SIMMONS mattresses in rooms 2 and 3 (north-west and north-east rooms). There is also a new possibility, insofar as you inform us at least 72 hours before your check-in, to transform the 2 single beds into 1 large double bed (180 * 200), thus offering a new modularity of sleeping in rooms 2 and 3.
The Villa has beautiful bright volumes and benefits from a unique acoustic environment.
Real improvements have been undertaken to facilitate access for people who may have severe disabilities: an access ramp has been built.
These appropriate facilities allowed us to receive a quadriplegic person this summer.
Outdoors
It is a very pleasant house to live in a garden of 1,200 square metres in the middle of a century-old wooded park. You will enjoy a large Mediterranean garden (1,200m2) and a large Archi swimming pool treated with salt. Salt offers a much greater tolerance to the skin & eyes than chlorine. This pool can be heated on demand thanks to an ecological, efficient and latest generation heat pump.

As a result, it is the ideal house to welcome in peace & quiet Congressmen, Businessmen and Family Tourists in search of tranquility. You will enjoy the mild climate and the quality of life at the legendary Cannes 'worldwide' all year round. It is quite simply the Countryside in the City.

I stayed at Villa Tsavorite for 1 week with my girlfriend in the beginning of July. When I tell you we had the most amazing time in this villa I’m not lying. Everything from the service with Sylvia and Jean-Marc to the amazing pool, bedrooms and bathrooms was beyond our expectations. I could highly recommend renting this villa to everyone considering it!
