Welcome to the "Old House," an elegant 120-square-meter apartment located in an authentic natural stone country farmhouse, completely renovated while preserving the original materials.
The interior design celebrates true Made in Italy, with fine furniture and accessories custom-made by local artisans.
The spacious spaces are fully equipped to offer you complete independence, just like at home: a large and welcoming living room/lounge, a separate dining room, and a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with a central island (dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator, toaster, espresso machine, and all kinds of tableware).
Two cool bedrooms with fans and mosquito nets on the windows, a full master bathroom with a large, comfortable shower and hairdryer, and a second, practical guest bathroom with a washing machine.

The apartment boasts a private entrance directly from its own private panoramic garden, equipped with a table, chairs, benches, umbrella, and barbecue. We spent a wonderful holiday in a beautiful, idyllically located and just fantastic house. For us as a family with 2 children, we spent wonderful days at the pool and in nature, although it is a good half hour by car to the sea.
Thanks to Claudia for the warm welcome, the many great tips and a wonderful holiday. We will definitely come again.
