Another new stunning one bed apartment on the Villamartin Plaza is ideal for all holidays. This newly refurbished to high standards apartment is located on the 1st floor with the perfect views into the plaza from the large balcony. On entering you have a large double bedroom with en suite shower room further is the amazing huge living room with two double sofas for plenty of room to relax and watch the full UK TV package on the flat screen TV. During the months June through September, there is also free WIFI. There is a very large open plan fully fitted kitchen as well a beautiful dining area. You can pop out onto the large balcony with the most perfect views into the plaza to see all of the actions and the perfect seat for the summer entertainment, simply amazing! The apartment does not suffer from noise due to the double glazing making it ideal. The location of this apartment is fantastic being close to all of the major golf courses in the area and of course you can simply pop downstairs and enjoy all the Villamartin Plaza has to offer.
About 50 feet away in the plaza there is a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.
Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!
As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

There is a compulsory 50 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.
We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Ask for a quote.
Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week.

Lovely apartment overlooking the plaza. Great balcony to sit and watch all the activity below while enjoying a drink.
Only negative was the old double bed frame which constantly creaked when either my wife or I moved, but the mattress was comfy.
Didn’t ruin a great week in the sun though.

Buena ubicación, lo demás nefasto, me cobran 50€ en mano al hacer el registro por la limpieza, entro en apartamento y telarañas por todos lados, el suelo del lavabo pegajoso, no funcionaban la mitad de las luces, el agua de la ducha sin presión caía un hilillo de agua. Y la televisión toda en inglés y los canales extranjeros nada de Español
