The Gâvres peninsula facing Port-Louis, at the entrance to Lorient roadstead and east of the Isle of Groix. Remarkable natural environment, shore fishing, salt marshes. To the north, the small protected sea of Gâvres and to the south, a magnificent fine sand beach. Access to Lorient and Port-Louis thanks to water buses. Ideal site for windsurfing or kitesurfing.
Feet in the water, direct beach access from the garden.
Fisherman-style house, 4 rooms 60 m², for 6 people:
Terrace and small garden (70m²) facing the sea, garden furniture and barbecue available.
The property also has exclusive private parking and a private space for bicycles.
Ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas cooker, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, programmable electric coffee maker, toaster).
- Dining room and lounge with TV and double sofa bed (140cm).
- Toilet with sink and WC
- Laundry room with washing machine.
On the 1st floor, staircase serving the landing with:
- 1 bedroom overlooking the street with two single beds (90cm)
- 1 bedroom overlooking the sea with a double bed (140cm)
- Bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
On the 2nd floor, staircase leading to an attic bedroom with beautiful sea view, 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 single bed (120cm).
To be settled on site:
Deposit: €450.
Tourist tax to be settled on site
Charges: included from May to September, additional charge outside this period according to consumption
Pets NOT ALLOWED
End of stay cleaning package on request: €70
Possibility to rent sheets on request: €12/single bed, €15/double bed

"Excellent localisation, très calme et en meme temps à quelques minutes à pied de l'embarcadère pour Port Louis, Lorient - mais aussi de deux bons restaurants, d'une épicerie et des dépots de pains.
