To keep the pool and garden in perfect condition, our maintenance team visits twice a week.
Visits are brief, discreet, and only outdoors.
We always give at least 24 hours' notice.

It is operational in May, June, September, and October.
In July and August, it remains in use, although without heating, as the ambient temperature keeps the water at suitable levels.
The water temperature usually ranges between 26°C and 27°C, with a maximum of 28 29°C, so it should not be confused with a high temperature spa. From the villa, you can walk to the center of Alaior in about 10 minutes, where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants.
Keep in mind that in the height of summer, high temperatures can make the journey less comfortable at certain times of the day.
To explore the island, the best option is to have your own vehicle (car or motorbike), as this offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as access to beaches and more remote areas that are not served by public transport.
Alaior has a bus service that connects with other towns on the island, although with limited schedules.
