With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large sunny terrace with stunning panoramic views, it’s the perfect place to enjoy time together.

The spacious living area is the warm and inviting heart of the chalet:
• Cozy sitting area with fireplace
• Large dining table for 12
• Free Wi-Fi and smart TV with Chromecast and French channels
The kitchen and additional amenities are fully equipped for a hassle-free stay:
• Dishwasher, oven, and microwave
• Two large refrigerators and a freezer – ideal for bigger groups
• Two raclette grills and a barbecue
• Complete kitchen inventory
• Basic products such as oil, vinegar, spices, and cleaning supplies
Through the patio doors, step onto the large L-shaped terrace facing south and west. Enjoy long sunny days and breathtaking panoramic mountain views. The terrace is fully fenced, perfect for children and pets.

• Level -1: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bathtub/shower, double sink), separate toilet

All bedrooms have two single beds (80x200). With 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, the chalet is comfortably suited for multiple families.
🎿 Winter sports – peaceful and direct access to slopes
The chalet is near the Clos du Pré ski lift (approx. 90 meters). Access is via a slope or stairs, so good mobility is recommended.
✔ Over 250 km of pistes in the Alpe d’Huez area, peak 3330 m
✔ Very snow-sure due to altitude
✔ Suitable for beginners and advanced skiers
✔ Ski season: early December to mid-April (conditions permitting)
Even without skiing, you can easily explore the mountains for breathtaking views and winter walks.
