Holiday villa in Velez-Malaga, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This splendid two-storey, light-filled holiday villa provides a gorgeous setting to relax and make the most of some well-deserved holidays.
Just by looking at the pictures, you will know that it will be hard to leave this villa once your holidays are over.
Located only 1 km from the beach and 30 km east of Malaga, you will have all the comforts at hand, which you can enjoy together with seven people more. The ground floor of the villa is exquisitely decorated with modern furniture and design details.
The entrance hall leads to a lovely dining-living room featuring two comfortable sofas and an 8-place glass dining table.
Near the living area, you will find a spectacular independent kitchen, which is fully equipped and with hi-tech electric appliances.
This ensures you’ll prepare delicious meals to surprise your party.
An independent toilet is also to be found on the ground floor of the villa. The first floor welcomes three modern bedrooms with one double bed each.
Two of them are provided with access to the splendid terrace, where you can relax in the sunshine and enjoy the staggering sea views.
The master bedroom also features a lovely en-suite with a bathtub and a shower, and from this bedroom, you can access another room furnished with two single beds.
Note that this is the only way to enter the latter.
The first floor is also equipped with another bathroom featuring a fabulous whirlpool bathtub and two washbasins. The three bedrooms of the first floor and the living area on the ground floor are provided with warm/cool air-con, which guarantees an optimal temperature throughout the year. The indoor of the villa is completed by a 100 sq-mt basement where up to 4 cars can be parked. Moving to the outdoors of the villa, you will be welcomed by a spacious area: the perfect spot to make the most of the warm sunshine and the fresh breeze that characterises this area of the Costa del Sol.
A shaded area for “al fresco” dining is located right in front of the wide windows that separate the living area from the outdoors.
On the right side of the villa, a fabulous private pool and a few poolside sun loungers and parasols let you cool yourself off and sunbathe as much as you want. The access to the villa is made possible via a paved lane.

Tolles Haus mit großzügiger Ausstattung in einer perfekten Umgebung. Geräumige Tiefgarage mit automatischem Sektionaltor. 15 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer, Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Restaurants alles fußläufig. Nicht touristisch, perfekte Infrastruktur. Ein paar notwendige Renovierungsarbeiten stehen jetzt im Dezember 2025 an.

Accommodation was perfect for us, we bbq’d most evenings on the sun deck.Great communication, especially when a storm knocked out the power. Moises kept us updated with local news on progress of getting the power back on. Would definitely recommend.
