You are here in the best place in a small apartment, close to the sea. The beach is only a stone's throw away and you can even enjoy a small sea view from your holiday home. From the balcony facing the dunes, you have a view of the North Sea and can hear the sound of the sea in the westerly wind. The beach access can be reached quickly in about 100 meters.
It can hardly be closer.
The light-flooded approx. 50 sqm apartment on the top and top floor offers enough space for 3 people and pleasant comfort as well as sophisticated equipment.
In an emergency, a fourth person can also sleep in the pull-out bed, which can be pulled out from under the single bed.
The house was only built in 1999 and is therefore equipped according to modern standards. In 2011 there was a change of ownership and thus a modernization of the interior. Now you have the opportunity to be one of the first guests to experience this top location for yourself.

The separate bedroom on the upper floor contains a bed and a work corner with a table. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower and toilet as well as a hair dryer.
In the attic there is a 2x1.80m double bed bedroom with flat TV and DVD player. The 140 cm skylight is equipped with an electric roller blind.
Environment: All our lamps are set up on LED or energy-saving technology. We are also supplied with 100% natural electricity via the Sylt energy supply.
The location is ideal for dog owners, as the dog beach is also only one crossing (Seestrasse) away. In addition, there are a variety of outlet options.
Numerous restaurants, including 'Gosch am Kliff', are also within walking distance.

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir das Meer sehen. Die Wohnung ist klein, war für zwei Personen aber ausreichend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super. Innerhalb von einer Stunde hatten wir eine Antwort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kommunikation und Buchung lief ohne Probleme. Es ist eine kleine Wohnung im ersten Stock. Beschreibung und Fotos stimmt. Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Hund, bis 10 Kilogramm. Und Eine vierte Person hätte es noch beengter gemacht.erreichen und liegt unter dem Dach.

Sehr erholsam, viel besichtigt, viel gelaufen, Wohnung perfekt und fast direkt am Meer, 100% empfehlenswert, Vermieter sehr Pfund freundlich, Wohnung super gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Hund erlaubt, hatte ich aber nicht dabei.
Freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal auf Sylt
