The apartment is within walking distance to an array of services and amenities including shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and much more.
The apartment makes up part of a small friendly community which boasts a swimming pool and ample sun-bathing areas. Inside, the accommodation consists of: a spacious lounge-diner with A/C, wifi, an open plan kitchen with ample storage and workspace, 2 double bedrooms, plus a good-size family bathroom with walk-in shower.
From both bedrooms you have direct access to a rear patio and utility room and in turn the communal pool area. At the front of the property there is a large covered sun terrace with pull-down sun awnings - ideal for outdoor dining.
The property is in excellent condition and boasts many extras including: A/C (inverters), drinking water system, tv with UK channels, ceiling fans, security grills, ample outdoor space, and much more. The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest. Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number.

The property could use some repairs en upgrades. The neighborhood in the weekend at evening and night could be loud with people hanging in the street and dogs barking.

The property needs updating with the furniture it’s a bit tied. The curtains in the room needs changing. One of the gas ring knobs was broken.

We are a retired couple so the property suited us . Quiet as most properties were empty , probably holiday home owners. Good for walking into neighbourhood places , Rojales, Formentera and Benimar .
