Casa La Vicinia is an independent holiday home with a private garden, with two bedrooms and is ideal for 4 people. It is located within a historic castle, in the heart of one of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages.
The house offers 150 square metres of carefully restored interiors spread over two levels, combining historic character with contemporary comfort. Spacious, quiet and atmospheric, it is ideal for guests seeking authenticity, privacy and a sense of place.

The ground floor features a welcoming living area with elegant wooden furnishings, inviting relaxation and conversation.
The kitchen combines rustic charm with modern conveniences, perfectly suited for preparing memorable meals using local ingredients.
Upper floor:
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one of which is a open space one.
Both rooms are furnished with handcrafted furniture painted by local artisans and feature en-suite bathrooms, offering modern comfort within a historic setting.
Outdoor spaces:
The private garden, enclosed by a wooden fence, offers an ideal balance of intimacy and direct access to the castle’s beautiful gardens.
