The apartment is situated in the heart of the small village of Varenna, named the pearl of the lake,
in a quiet 'contrada': typical steps way that brings to the lake side.
Recently restored, nicely furnished, quiet, fresh in the summer, it offers anything you need. Modern kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, LCD SAT TV with DVD, wardrobe, double bed, sofa bed for single use, washing machine, bathroom with shower.
Free Wi-Fi connection. It has a lovely balcony where you may have a soft drink, read a good book or enjoy relaxing moments. Its central position is the most significant feature. Being the apartment close to the railway station and ferry you can easily visit the lake most beautiful places and move to towns without a car is needed. Also shops, banks, restaurants and pharmacy are very close to it. The apartment lies just 70 mt far away from Villa Cipressi and Villa Monastero.

The location is excellent, right in the pedestrian area and central to everything. Communication with Maria was perfect. The only problem was that the place has a musty smell and is a little dark. It is on the bottom floor so it would probably stay cool in hot weather, which is an advantage.

The most beautiful place! We were right next to the best restaurants and gelato shops. If you stay here, you MUST eat at La Scarpetta around the corner.
