MODERN AND FUNCTIONAL TWO-ROOM APARTMENT NEAR THE BEACH IN TAORMINA Summerhouse is a comfortable, modern-style studio apartment located 20 metres from the beach. Renovated in the summer of 2023, it is equipped with all the amenities, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a spacious open-concept living area with a kitchen and living room, a cosy bedroom, and a large bathroom.
The SUMMERHOUSE’s main advantage is its central location; in fact, just a short walk away, in addition to the public beach, there are several private beaches, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The city bus stop is 100 metres away, and for just a few euros, the bus will take you to the centre of Taormina, which is only 6 km from Mazzeo. The Letojanni train station is 300 metres away, allowing you to easily reach Catania Fontanarossa Airport. Our house is also strategically located for those who want to visit the area’s most famous tourist attractions; Isola Bella is just 4 km away, Giardini Naxos is 8 km away, the famous Alcantara Gorges are a 30-minute drive, and in just 1.5 hours you’ll find yourself at Mount Etna, Europe’s largest active volcano.
