It is located in the basement with 2.5 rooms. It is normally occupied by 4 adults, if necessary we can provide a travel cot for a toddler. The apartment is 86 square meters. It is equipped with a living room, a kitchen with dining table, a bedroom (double bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom (bath / shower and toilet) and a terrace. Wi-Fi available. Parking space for a car is also available.

The apartment 2 Alex:
It is located in the attic with 2 rooms. It is normally occupied by 2 adults, if necessary we can provide a travel cot for a toddler. The apartment is 60 square meters. It is equipped with a living room with sofa and dining table, a kitchen, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a bathroom (bath / shower) a toilet and a roof-Logia. Wi-Fi is available. Parking space for a car is also available. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
The apartments are located in a cozy location on the outskirts of Sipplingen a tranquil village on the north shore of sunny Lake Constance. A country market, bakers, butchers and restaurants are available in the village and also within easy walking distance. From here you can cycle tours along the shores of Lake Constance or hikes on the countless hiking trails on the heights with beautiful viewpoints on Lake Constance undertake. Perfekt! Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sie hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Essplatz. Die Fahrräder könnten sicher in der Garage abgestellt werden. Für das Auto gibt es einen Stellplatz. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
