This detached villa is located in the enchanting promontory of Ansedonia, opposite Mount Argentario. It is fully equipped and ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
The property is located on the southern coast of Tuscany, just 400 m walk from the sea. From the villa you can reach the beautiful Cosa archaeological site with a small museum on foot. Numerous restaurants can be found within a 15 km radius and the nearest supermarket is 8 km away. The Tagliata Etrusca and the Spacco della Regina are well worth a visit.
Enjoy total privacy and beautiful sea views from the terrace. The villa is spread over 2 floors and equipped with comfortable rooms furnished with care and taste. Air conditioning provides cooling on the top floor and the pleasant garden is furnished with attractive furniture.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!
Beach towels are not included
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Das Haus befindet sich in einem insgesamt sehr schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand.
Beim Betreten fällt auf, dass nur eine sehr oberflächliche und ungründliche Reinigung erfolgt ist. Die Räume sind weiterhin verschmutzt, staubig und teilweise von Spinnweben durchzogen.

We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location.
