Renovated and newly furnished, cosy attic apartment right in the heart of city centre Bielefeld, in a fairly quiet location set back from the street. Just a 2-minute walk from the main train station and the Bielefeld Stadthalle, located directly across from the Loom shopping centre. Bars, restaurants, and cafés, the pedestrian zone, a swimming pool, a sauna, a cinema, and tourist attractions are all just a stone’s throw away. We’d be happy to share insider tips with you on Airbnb and in person upon request.
This beautiful apartment features a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a high-quality sofa bed with a proper mattress and slatted frame, Wi-Fi, cable TV including a cable connection and Smart TV, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Nespresso coffee machine (with eco-friendly capsules free of aluminium), filter coffee, and tea—is the perfect place from which to explore Bielefeld and the surrounding area.
The apartment is also the perfect starting point and place to be in Bielefeld for visitors to the Stadthalle and business travellers. Trams run in all directions from the main train station, so you can reach any destination in Bielefeld quickly and easily—even without a car.
Affordable parking is available nearby (for about €6/day).
The 40 m² attic apartment is located in a mixed-use residential and medical building. You can easily reach it by lift. A security door ensures that only residents can access the hallway leading to the residential building. We’ve lovingly renovated and completely refurnished the apartment for you. With twelve windows, it’s bright, cosy, and modern, offering everything we’ve always wanted during our own Airbnb stays. We have the apartment professionally cleaned on a regular basis.
To make you feel especially at home, the apartment offers:
+ Double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with fresh, cozy-soft bedding for a good, restful night’s sleep
+ Cosy couch, perfect for good conversations and as a place for your friends to sleep—for example, if there are more than two of you
+ Fully equipped kitchen, with oven and hob, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a selection of teas and aluminum-free coffee capsules, for the perfect start to the day and cosy evenings
+ Large Hisense smart TV with cable and smart TV features, for TV series fans
+ Wi-Fi, for anyone who wants to stay connected and use the apartment as a workspace
+ Dining table with four chairs
+ Bright and inviting shower room, with soft towels, a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper.
