A modern 130 m² home built in 2016, located a 5-minute walk from the lake beach and the harbour, in the heart of the Hourtin National Forest, within a private, secure, and quiet residential community.
South-facing, with two large terraces. The ground floor measures 55 m², including 20 m² of covered space, and the upper floor has 20 m² of covered space.
Our home is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
A beautiful 50 m² living area with an open kitchen, featuring a 3-meter sliding glass door leading to the covered terrace.
A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle...
A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
An air-conditioned living room with a large corner sofa, coffee tables, and a wood-burning stove.
An entryway with two large closets.
You’ll also find a sleeping area on the ground floor consisting of two bedrooms, each measuring 12 m².
Each bedroom has two 90 beds or one 180 bed.
A hallway with a closet, a toilet, and a bathroom with a sink and walk-in shower.
Upstairs:
You’ll enter a bright 17 m² mezzanine with a corner sofa and a Chromecast-enabled TV, leading out to a 20 m² covered terrace where a hammock and outdoor furniture await you for a nap, complete with a view of the pine trees!
You’ll also find a 12 m² bedroom with a 160-size bed and a large closet.
A separate toilet.
A bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower.
Outside:
You’ll enjoy the furnished patio, which features an extendable table, 6 lounge chairs, a wooden patio set, a hanging rope chair, an electric griddle, and a large umbrella.
The garden is fully fenced and includes a pétanque court and a carport.

The beach is 300 metres away, along with the harbour offering boat rentals, kitesurfing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, pedal boats, an equestrian centre, a water sports centre, tennis, bike rentals, and more...

Magnifique maison récente à la décoration soignée et très bien équipée. Une grande terrasse et un grand balcon permettent de passer de longues soirées à l'extérieur. Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à vélo ou à pied : village, plages...nombreuses pistes cyclables.Environnement boisé et très calme. Deux belles salles de bains et une super douche à l'extérieur !Nous reviendrons.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Haus ist in jeder Hinsicht bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Es ist alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben den Garten, den Balkon und die Terrasse mit Sommerküche, Terrassenmöbeln, Hängematten und Lounge sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
