** Superb and spacious 3-room apartment in an old restored family wine farm, with decoration and quality services, (classified 3 *), quiet, south exposure, shaded terrace, large wooded area, perfect for children, sea view, close to all amenities. **
* "LES BOUTINELLES" consists of a living room with fireplace, open onto a shaded terrace, American kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor, separate wc and a master bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor, (80m²)
we also offer another apartment "LE ROUMEGOU" ref 6044932, with 3 rooms on one level (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) located next to it, on the same facade of the farm.
* POSSIBILITY TO RENT both APARTMENTS (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) for a large family or friends wishing to meet to share pleasant moments and beautiful memories of holidays while seeking a certain independence. *
* The Moulin Roux farm is located 15 minutes' walk from the village of Ramatuelle across the hill to look for bread or simply have a coffee on a terrace .... many shops, pharmacy, doctor, bakery, etc. Market on thursday and sunday.
* Access Saint Tropez without traffic jams by the beach road. Market on Saturday and Tuesday.
* The beach of Escalet and its secret coves is 2 mn by car, the mythical beach of Pampelonne 5 mn.

EXCEPTIONALLY THIS SUMMER:
Because of the sanitary measures recommended by the ministry of tourism, due to the epidemic of covid 19, for the sake of mutual protection, we furnish disposable protections on the beds, we provide hydroalcoholic gel, a disinfection spray, some masks, but we no longer supply linens this summer.
We therefore ask the tenants as far as possible: TO BRING THEIR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Eine tolle Wohnung in idyllischer Umgebung, die alles hat, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. In nur 7 Fahrminuten ist man am Parkplatz von l‘Escalet, der etwas mühsame Weg zu den Buchten lohnt sich allemal, an manchen Tagen war es richtig karibisch. Die Vermieter sind zwei sehr nette Menschen, die keine Fragen offen lassen. Absolute Empfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
