El Saladar (Urbanova), a very quiet family beach of golden sand where you can take long walks by the water.
The flat is located in a protected environment between the old salt and surrounded by dunes on both sides. The beach has been awarded with the distinctive Blue Flag of the European Union.
The residencial area is closed to traffic and only the movement of vehicles are allowed to park.
We have car park roof surface for the exclusive use of this property. We are just 10 minutes drive from the Alicante Centre.
The views from terrace, dining room and master bedroom are great, the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea to infinity.

Location with a nice pool, good surrounding facilities and right by a lovely beach. Our host was very good and helpful.
Some minor construction works at the apartments but didnt really impact on us.

Communication très bien avec Conchi. Les petits problèmes furent réglé rapidement. La vue sur la mer exceptionnelle. L'appartement très correct, il y a de tout,Autobus à 2 minutes du building, terrain de tennis sur le site.A refaire.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen und war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und die Wohnungsübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert.
