Tiered level Kitchen diner with grey country themed units and wooden surface , appliances include; cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, free standing fridge freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
Dining area to the side with a large wooden table and seating for up to 6 , Pull down doube bed over looking the lounge with seaside views overlooking the terrace Steps lead down to the lounge which provides views of the beach out toward the patio doors.

Utility on site with coin operated tumble dryers.
Cold outside shower for washing wetsuits and sand in the car park and bike store rack. Putsborough beach shop and cafe for breakfast, lunch or a light snack overlooking the waves from the terrace.
Beach equipment, Surfboards, body boards and wetsuits can be hired too. Had a great stay at Clifton Court, as ever! Did the local Parkrun as well as walks and back to Woolacombe and Croyde for lunch. Like all flats in Clifton Court its a little damp so you need to keep the place well ventilated.
