Casa Marcone is a charming apartment located on the hills of Deiva Marina, 8 kilometers from the beaches and only 4 kilometers from the motorway exit.
In a strategic position to reach both the Cinque Terre and Sestri Levante and Portofino, the property enjoys a splendid view of the sea.
On mornings with clear skies you can clearly see Corsica and the Tuscan archipelago.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts, 2 LCD TVs, DVD, satellite, wi-fi, 2 ovens (one classic and one microwave and one steam), large fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Recently renovated with new furniture and some design elements such as Philippe Stark chairs and Kartell lamps.
There is a small terrace for candlelit dinners and a large terrace / solarium to comfortably sunbathe or read a book.
The apartment has a private parking, nearby is still available ample free parking.
Near Casa Marcone there are marked trails for easy excursions or to reach Moneglia (about 2.30 h.) And return with public services.
Moutain bikes can also be booked on request.
A few kilometers are available restaurants typical of the Ligurian hinterland.
