Perfect for exploring Catalan coast, mountains & Spain - on foot, by bike or car
Ideally located on the outskirts of Céret - the jewel of French Catalonia - , this spacious four-bedroom villa offers the best of both worlds: peace and privacy with panoramic mountain views, yet within walking distance (20 minutes) of the town’s vibrant centre.
Whether you’re drawn to the little fishing village of Collioure, the golden beaches of the Côte Vermeille, the dramatic biking/hiking trails of the Pyrenees, or the art and culture of French and Spanish Catalonia, this villa is the perfect base.
Spacious Layout with Four Comfortable Bedrooms
The villa includes four bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. A recently converted ground-floor twin room features its own en-suite shower room—ideal for guests needing step-free access. The layout is bright and open, with modern living spaces that flow easily into the garden and pool area.
⸻
Private Pool, Large Garden & Mountain Views
Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and secluded garden, the villa offers exceptional outdoor space. Enjoy a large private swimming pool, a sun terrace for lounging, and three distinct outdoor dining areas—each with mosaic and wrought iron furniture. A conservation area borders the property, preserving its peace, privacy, and uninterrupted views of the foothills.
⸻
Walkable Access to Historic Céret
While the villa enjoys a peaceful setting across the river from central Céret, it’s just a 25-minute stroll to the town’s charming streets, art galleries, and famous Saturday market. The nearby spa town of Amélie-les-Bains also offers a relaxing day out with thermal baths and wellness treatments.
